My opinion on these brakes: Finally Hayes got it right. I hope they don't mess it up for next year.

Size Small. Frame and all components are 2011. 888's in excellent condition aside from some cable rub on arch.

I've ridden new stab's for the last four years. The operator is lighter, quicker, funner, sexier and better. Ya sure the basic suspension design is the same but...If it's not broke, don't fix it right?

Are the rest of the parts in yet?

Agreed. Dropping the floating brake without changing the suspensions design in order to save weight? How's that going to affect the ride when you're hammering through the rocks and roots and the back tire's bouncing all over the place? I'll be on one next year and I'll be riding the shit outa it but I am a bit concerned about the brake jack... Stoked for a lighter bike though!
